green tea smoothie
I have been trying to increase my daily intake of green tea yet it’s hard in the summer to drink hot tea. I researched green tea recipes and came across some great smoothie. Perfect for a hot summer’s day!
Mango Green Tea Smoothie
This tangy smoothie is a great afternoon treat!
Ingredients
1.5 cups of chilled green tea
3 mint leaves
3/4 cup fresh or frozen mango
2 cups of spinach
Juice of 1/2 lime
Crushed Ice
Creating the Magic
Add everything to a blender and blend until you receive the liquid consistency. If you want it more frozen, add more ice cubes. If you want it more liquid, add more tea.
